Refunds are processed in the same manner as the payment was received, except for cash and gift cards. Refunds will be issued on merchandise (excluding AS IS products, custom orders and delivery/shipping charges) upon return of the merchandise to Homemakers. The cost of return shipping or delivery will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. Item must be in its original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt within 30 days after delivery or pickup. Merchandise re-selection or returns are available on merchandise excluding clearance, custom orders, bed products (mattress, box spring, bed pillows, adjustable bases) and delivery charges. Charges for out-of-state deliveries are contingent upon the shipping address, product weight and other shipping factors.Once the items leave our facility, the carrier will contact you within 5-10 business days to schedule your actual delivery date and time. This date is not guaranteed but we will try to get as close to this date as possible. Customers with delivery outside the state of Iowa may request a delivery date during the checkout process.
